K S Sundaravaradan (Sundar) has 37 years of multi industry experience in the Pharma, Auto, Electronics, IT and Telecommunication sectors with companies such as TVS, Harita Grammar, Motorola, Google, HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

His career highlights include spearheading successful Financial Turnarounds and Supply Chain footprint transformations through innovative working capital solutions, material and conversion cost optimization initiatives at a global scale. He set up a Global Knowledge Accounting centre with enhanced business analytics capability and simultaneously delivered higher productivity with better employee morale and engagement. He has conceptualised and executed several innovative productivity improvement initiatives by consistently expanding his circle of influence, a philosophy he strongly believes in.

Sundar is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Cost & management Accountants of India and Company Secretary of India. He is in Bangalore, India and enjoys reading. He is always keen in sharpening the saw in all 4 dimensions physical, spiritual, mental and socio-emotional areas.
