Kumar Shankar Datta has over 40 years of senior management experience, having worked with large Indian organisations ITC, Haldia Petrochemicals, Birla Tyres and Global Consulting Firms - PwC and KPMG.

His leadership experiences include managing the Consulting Business P&L and their captive Shared service operations. He has experience setting up Financial review & reporting processes, strategizing and implementing comprehensive Enterprise Risk and commercial management systems, significantly improving the financial resilience of several organisations.

His varied experience, skillsets, and thorough understanding of process control and risk management mechanisms could be of immense value to set up and augment the dynamic needs of start-up companies, as well as organisations undergoing business transformation.

Kumar holds a  Master’s Degree in Commerce from the Calcutta University, and is a Fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is in the Board of various companies acting as Independent Director. He is based out of Kolkata, India and enjoys travelling.
