Rajiv has 30 years of diversified experience underscored by accomplishments in sales, channel management, retail business, sales operation, finance and country leadership. He has held leadership roles in Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, Sony and a few portfolio companies owned by Baring Private Equity.

Rajiv has developed great channels and high performing sales team across geographies. He has successfully led businesses experiencing hyper-growth, transformation and restructuring in difficult markets and business situations, managing risk & driving profitable growth. 

Rajiv has also consulted across multiple industries that include IT, Agriculture equipment, Education, Pharma and FMCG. Combination of strategic and operational experience and strong business acumen enables Rajiv to create practical yet highly effective solutions in the areas of channel strategy, business model, partner and customer management, & optimizing people & processes. Having lived and worked in India, US, China and Singapore enables Rajiv to bring a global perspective in resolving tough business challenges.

Rajiv has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sydenham college, Mumbai and is also a Chartered Accountant. He is based in Singapore and enjoys sports.
